When you download the winzip files(the gameboy files, the red and blue version files), extract the files (by double-clicking it then clicking on extract to) into the folder "C:\poke". When that's done, open the dos-prompt and type:

cd\ [then press enter or return]

cd poke [then press enter or return]

gmb pokered [if you want to play red version then press enter or return but if you want to play blue version, replace pokered with pokeblue].

The controls are:

ctrl= select

enter= start

up= up

down= down

left= left

right= right

If you want to access gameshark, in gameplay press the esc button then click on utility then click on gameshark cheats then type in the gaeshark code then press the enter button then click on the little gameboy screen in the top-right hand corner and the code will be there!
